Free delivery applies to all orders within Tamil Nadu, regardless of order value. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
Since we prepare our karuvadu in small batches to ensure freshness, please allow us time to carefully pack your order.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons or festive periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We'll keep you informed.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order is dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Other Indian states: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote or rural pin codes may occasionally take 1–2 additional days.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier conditions, weather, or public holidays.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging to preserve the freshness, aroma, and quality of your karuvadu during transit.
- All products are vacuum sealed to lock in freshness and prevent moisture ingress.
- Vacuum-sealed packets are placed inside a sturdy outer box or parcel to protect them from damage during shipping.
- Leak-proof inner packaging ensures no odor or mess during transit.
Our vacuum-sealed packaging keeps your karuvadu fresh for up to 3–6 months when stored in a cool, dry place after delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier details via SMS and/or WhatsApp to the phone number provided at checkout. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.

For bulk orders — whether for events, restaurants, or wholesale — please contact us directly before placing your order. We offer:
