Mom's Salty Fish is a family-owned business based in Vanagiri, Tamil Nadu, India. We sell traditional hand-prepared dry fish (karuvadu) and related products. We operate as a direct-to-consumer business shipping pan-India.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. We prepare our karuvadu in small batches, and certain items may be out of stock from time to time. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. The appearance of the actual product may vary slightly due to the natural nature of the product.
Weights listed are approximate. Actual weight may vary within a reasonable margin due to the nature of hand-prepared dry fish.
Seasonal availability may affect certain fish varieties. We will notify you if a product in your order is unavailable after purchase.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

Seasonal price fluctuations may occur due to changes in fish availability and market rates.
Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the specified period and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We accept the following payment methods:

UPI: GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI-enabled apps
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within India

For UPI payments, payment must be completed before the order is processed. COD orders are confirmed upon placing the order but payment is collected at delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product descriptions. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.
